Scott D. Weaver is an award-winning photographer in Kansas City, Missouri who specializes in advertising, commercial, corporate, and editorial work. He graduated from Texas A&M University and worked for several newspapers including the Independence Examiner and the Topeka Capital-Journal. His photo credits include Sports Illustrated for Kids, ESPN the Magazine, Major League Baseball, Athlon Sports, Sporting News, Newsweek, USA Today, The New York Times, the NCAA, Kansas City Sports and Fitness, Walton Construction, Nicholson Kovac, Treanor Architects and Trumpf, Inc. His clients include the Downtown Council of Kansas City, Sturges Word Communications, the Big 12 Conference, Kansas State University, and the NAIA. He won the Kansas City Freelance Exchange 2009 Best of Show award for his editorial and advertising photography.
